Flow For All
Movement & Connection in Malton
Flow For All Yoga was founded in 2021 by Faith O’Reilly. Before opening her own studio, Faith spent several years as a “gigging yoga teacher,” teaching classes across local gyms, libraries and village halls wherever there was space to roll out a mat. In 2022, an opportunity arose to open a dedicated yoga space, creating a welcoming home for movement, connection and wellbeing.
Flow For All was born from a deep love of yoga and its powerful benefits for the body, mind and spirit. Alongside traditional yoga practices, the studio embraces modern movement that builds strength and mobility to support everyday life. The vision has always been simple: to create a space where people of all ages, abilities and experience levels can move, learn and feel good in their bodies.
Inclusivity sits at the heart of everything we do. Our aim is to offer a wide range of classes so that everyone can find something that suits them, whether that’s gentle chair yoga, dynamic flow classes, Pilates, or even handstand workshops. Whatever the class, the goal is the same: a supportive environment where you can show up exactly as you are and leave feeling recharged, open and more at ease.
Over the years, our teaching team has grown, with each instructor bringing their own unique style and experience while sharing the same values of warmth, encouragement and zero judgement.
The Flow For All studio family continues to grow. Alongside the Malton studio, which became our home in April 2024, Faith has also returned to her gigging teacher roots, teaching weekly yoga and Pilates classes from Helmsley Town Hall and enjoying the process of building something new once again.
