What We Offer

Yoga
We offer a range of yoga classes for every body and level, from gentle and chair yoga to dynamic, energising flows. Our sessions also include strength and mobility-focused classes, supporting you whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice.

Pilates
We offer a variety of Pilates classes suitable for all levels of experience, from traditional mat-based sessions focused on control, alignment, and core strength to more dynamic fitness Pilates classes that build strength, stability, and overall conditioning.

Barre
Barre classes suitable for all levels of experience, combining elements of Pilates, ballet, and strength training with small, controlled movements to improve strength and posture in a low-impact, energising way.

Women's Circle
Our monthly women’s circle is a welcoming space to slow down, connect, and feel a true sense of belonging. It’s an opportunity to come together and support one another in a relaxed and nurturing environment.
